Refund and Returns Policy

Exchange and Return Policy:

  1. We accept exchanges and returns of eligible items within 7 days from the date of delivery to the buyer
  2. A reverse pickup facility from your shipping address is available at buyers cost, in case the pin code is not available for reverse pickup, the buyer needs to send the parcel at their cost.
  3. Items which are marked as eligible for exchange and return on the product page, will only be processed for Exchange/Return. 

Exchange and Return Process:

  2. We will check the eligibility of the product for return/exchange and if found eligible, initiate a reverse pickup from your shipping address within 72 hours, in case the pin code is not available for reverse pickup, the buyer needs to send the parcel at their cost.
  3. Re-use the original packaging, including the cloth bag, for proper care and protection of the product.
  4. Items must be in their original condition, with their labels and tags intact.
  5. They must be unused and unwashed, unsoiled without any stains or damages.
  6. Items returned, once verified at our facility, will be processed for an exchange or return.
  7. Typically, it takes 10-15 days to complete your exchange or return request.
  8. All disputes are subjected to Jaipur Jurisdiction only.

Refund Policy:

  1. We issue a store credit for the full amount against all eligible returns.
  2. There are no reverse shipping fees levied on any return requests.
  3. A non-refundable shipping fee for reverse pickup and dispatch will be charged for any subsequent exchange requests or on orders placed using a credit note.
  4. Store credit is valid for a 3 months period from the date of issue.
  5. Shipping fees and gift services (if any) are non-refundable.
  6. Gift cards cannot be returned for their monetary value.

Sale of Discount Policy:

  1. All discounted products are eligible for only size exchanges at a chargeable return shipping fee (applicable only if the requested size is in stock).
  2. We are unable to accept returns on any discounted or sale merchandise.
  3. Applies to discounted or on sale products, or bought through an offer or promotional code.

Missing or Damage Policy:

  1. A missing or damaged item claim must be raised within 2 days of receiving the parcel.
  2. We will need photographs of the item(s) and the delivery parcel it was received in.
  3. Our customer care team will investigate and offer an appropriate resolution.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. We accept cancellations against full refund or store credit within 12 hours of placing your order
  2. We are unable to accept any cancellation requests after 12 hours
